Who’s behind LevereX

We started in the numbers, not the code.

LevereX grew out of Xact, an accounting firm that has spent the past decade working with builders, trades and manufacturers. That’s where we learned how the work really flows: how a quote becomes a job, how variations and claims move, and where margin slips away between systems.

That understanding matters more than the AI itself. Automation that doesn’t understand your job costing, your contracts and your claims just moves the mistakes faster. So we start with how your business makes money, then decide what’s worth automating.

What does LevereX do for a building or trade business?

We find the manual, repetitive work between the systems you already use, in quoting, claims, site information and reporting, and remove it. A person stays in charge wherever money, contracts or a customer commitment is involved.

Is LevereX part of Xact Accounting and Advisory?

Yes. LevereX is an Xact Group company, a separate business that sets up and builds AI and automation. It doesn’t provide accounting, tax or financial advice. If you need that, we’ll introduce you to Xact Accounting and Advisory.

Will automation replace my staff?

No. The aim is to take away the retyping and cross-checking, not the judgement.

Do we need technical staff to run it?

No. Your team is trained before go-live, you get a step-by-step guide, and ongoing support covers monitoring and fixes.
